Holly is an employee of the East Central Intergovernmental Association where she works with regional economic development groups to market the Prosperity Eastern Iowa region to internal and external businesses. One of Holly's main responsibilities is coordinating Prosperity Eastern Iowa initiatives which includes the Petal Project.
